Insurance:
The
buyer is responsible for obtaining insurance as required by the State of
Texas prior to leaving the lot. Note this is not applicable
to out-of-state buyers in most circumstances.
Shipping:
The
buyer is responsible for shipping/handling/insurance costs and
arrangements, however Bikes for Bikers can assist with recommendations
on reputable companies specializing in motorcycle transport.
Taxes and Fees:
Texas
residents will be charged tax, title, registration and a $50
documentation fee. Non-Texas residents will be responsible for
registering the vehicle in their state of residence.
All
buyers will be charged a Dealer Prep fee.
eBay
Terms:
If
this vehicle is being offered on eBay, the winning bidder must contact
the dealership within 1 business day. We require a $1000
non-refundable deposit to be paid within 2 days of winning the
auction. Full payment or approved financing through the dealership
must be received within 7 days of winning the auction to avoid
forfeiture of deposit and vehicle. Reasonable time limit
extensions may be agreed at the discretion of Bikes for Bikers Cycle
Sales.
By
bidding on this bike you are entering into a legal and binding contract
to purchase the above-described vehicle. As we will be selling our
vehicles through multiple avenues, we reserve the right to end the
auction early and cancel all existing bids should the item no longer be
for sale.
